Description
Coleman County is a mecca for native game hunting. This place features White Tail Deer, dove, turkey, hogs and predators. From heavy Mesquite and Oak cover to open grass areas, the varied terrain offers a flourishing environment for the development of healthy, heavy bodied deer. Two stock tanks draw game from a large radius.
There is a hand dug well at the old home site that does have water.
The perimeter and cross fences are in good condition. The native grasses are in strong, not showing signs of overgrazing. There are two fields that have not been in cultivation for several years with small Mesquite cover.
